Jeff Pirro, 29, is the deputy director of public information for Troy City Mayor Harry Tutunjian, a position hes served in for almost a year. Hes originally from East Utica but now lives in Troy. Hes a graduate of Siena College with a degree in political science and minor in honors philosophy.
